Enjoy all four season in the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. No matter the season there is always something spectacular to see, our most popular gardens are the Fuller, Rose, and Japanese. Guest also enjoy the Native Texas Boardwalk, Rock Springs, Four Season, and Back Yard Vegetable Garden. We recommend​ you bring comfortable shoes and bottled water.
Kimbell Art Museum
The Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas, hosts an art collection as well as traveling art exhibitions, educational programs and an extensive research library. Its initial artwork came from the private collection of Kay and Velma Kimbell, who also provided funds for a new building to house it.

On East Exchange Avenue
The Old West comes to life before your eyes during the world's only twice-daily cattle drive presented by the Fort Worth Herd. Real Texas cowhands drive a herd of Texas longhorns down East Exchange Avenue in the Stockyards National Historic District every day at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. (check our Facebook page for updates during inclement weather). Every detail of the cattle drive—from the saddles and chaps to the boots and hats – is authentic and historically true.
Whiskey & Rye
Whiskey and Rye offers a Southern twist on classic bar entrees from Grilled Angus Beef Burgers and Crispy Red Snapper Tacos to their signature Fajita Nachos and Rahr’s “Ugly Pug” Baby Back Short Ribs. Grab lunch or dinner daily at this great neighborhood bar, located in the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.
St. Patricks Cathedral
The first Catholic parish in Fort Worth was formed in 1876 when Bishop Claude Dubuis of Galveston assigned Father Thomas Loughrey to Fort Worth. Within three months of his arrival a modest frame church was built in the 1200 block of Throckmorton Street. Named in honor of St. Stanislaus Kostka, the Polish Jesuit saint, the first High Mass was celebrated October 29, 1876.
